
Blorainfo – The Blora Regency Government (Pemkab) has confirmed that karaoke businesses are prohibited from operating during the month of Ramadan.
This decision is regulated in the Regional Regulation (Perda) of Blora Regency Number 5 of 2017 concerning the Implementation of Tourism.
In this socialization, representatives of the Youth, Sport, Culture and Tourism Service (Dinporabudpar) were also present, a number of non-governmental organizations (NGOs), to representatives of karaoke owners and managers operating in the Blora Regency area.

“This was done for the month of Ramadan, karaoke entertainment business places to be closed to honor those who are carrying out fasting, for a full month,” Hendi told reporters when met after socialization at the Blora Dinporabudpar Hall, Monday (20/3/2023) .
Hendi Purnomo said the decision was to respect the people who were fasting during Ramadan.
