Head of Kentong Cepu Village, Blora Muntahar Regency Charged with 6 Months in Prison || Blorainfo

Muntahar, the charge was read out by the public prosecutor (JPU) Agustinus Dian Leo Putra, in a hearing at the Blora District Court, Wednesday (29/3/2023).

Blorainfo – The Kentong Village Head (Kades), Cepu District, Blora Regency, Muntahar, was prosecuted for 6 months in prison.

Muntahar, who is currently sitting in a prison chair, was charged with falsifying the decree (SK) of the neighborhood association (RT) administrator.

This was done in the context of recruiting village officials (perades) on behalf of Herwanto, who at that time filled out the village secretary formation.

In the trial for the latest SK RT alleged forgery, Muntahar was demanded to be sentenced to 6 months in prison.

“Demanding a crime against the defendant Mutahar with a prison sentence of 6 months is reduced while the defendant is in detention,” said Agustinus in court.

In submitting his demands, the prosecutor conveyed mitigating considerations, including, that Muntahar was polite during the trial, and became the backbone of the family.

In his charge, the prosecutor stated that Muntahar legally and convincingly violated Article 263 paragraph 1 in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph 1 first of the Criminal Code regarding forgery of letters.

“When I was at the investigation level, I was detained, if I’m not mistaken, for seven days,” said Agustinus after the trial.
